“Really nice friendly hostal in great location”
The best

Lovely hostal. Clean. Large rooms. Dog friendly. Great breakfast. Close to the centre opposite lovely river walk

To be improved

Shower inside the room was odd especially travelling with kids. Underground parking was hard to get in and out of

“A pleasant and easy base to explore Cuenca.”
The best

Great location, cheap, simple breakfast, quiet. Nice neighborhood bar right around the corner. Walking/hiking distance to the old and new towns.

To be improved

A bit dark, lacks windows in the kitchen area. Not a great hotel to spend a lot of time in, but perfect for busy days, nice to return to.

“Lovely break”
The best

The staff were so welcoming and polite and also had lots of knowledge of the local area, they gave us a map to show us how to get to the old town, as well as how to get to the restaurant we had booked for dinner. The bed had such a comfortable mattress and even though our room was front facing, there was no street noise and we had a lovely big bathroom. The location is great as it is right on the river, it is easy to walk into the new town and the old town (a bit hilly to get there!) parking Infront of the hotel was easy. The breakfast was a lovely way to start the day!

The best

The receptionist was very kind and helpful; the location is perfect for a walk to the centre or to start a trip to Ciudad Encantada; breakfast was appropriate (toast, egg, coffee, home-made juice and cake, marmelade), very good price value.

The mattress was too soft.

“cosy, quiet hostel nestled along the river”

While I didn't have breakfast, the room was very spacious and quiet, plenty of towels and super clean. A nice 1 km walk into the Old Town
