The staff was friendly and organized, they had good systems for keys and the shared kitchen. The location could not have been better, its right off of the main strip.

To be improved

The room was a bit small by American standards, but on par with most other places we've stayed in Europe.

Kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator and free coffee and cookies. Proximity to Gran Via, shopping, and bars.

To be improved

It’s in a busy corner and the garbage trucks come early, but that’s city life in Madrid.
