“Happily surprised with the comfort and cleanliness”

The best

I was really happily surprised by the hotel, and particularly the room. It was spacious enough, bed was very comfortable, had extra blankets and AC. Bathrooms are shared but there were plenty for the rooms, and they were incredibly clean. We didn't shower, but would've if we had stayed longer than a few hours. Check-in and check-out were both very easy and the person who welcomed us was pretty nice. Will for sure be back again if we need a place to stay relatively near to Madrid Airport.

To be improved

There is some noise throughout the night from people coming and going, using the bathrooms, etc. But nothing so bad that would prevent me for coming back again. Maybe just consider ear plugs and you should have a comfortable night's sleep.

“A clean and friendly place to stay with good transport links to the airport and madrid”

The best

It was a good place to stay the night before heading off after arriving on a late flight. I was pleasantly surprised that someone was there to let us in. The shared showers and toilets were very clean and there were plenty of them. There was an area with a kettle and microwave and complementary teas.

To be improved

Our beds were comfortable but the room was so crowded there was nowhere to put our stuff. We were shocked at how expensive the taxi from the airport was.
