No window, you can hear stuff from other rooms

Quite noisy in the mornings. You can hear people moving all around your room. In 1 part of the advertisement it says that all taxes are included and in another that they are not. So we had to pay extra city taxes when we got there which were unexpected.

Our room didn’t have a lock on the huge window and could have easily been entered by someone on the patio (laundry and luggage storage). We told the staff about this and were told it would be fine - we felt unsafe and tried to put things against the window, they didn’t care even when we asked to move rooms they would not do it. Felt unsafe not being able to lock our room.

There are street musicians from 3-9pm, it is very nice but if you want to rest in the afternoon, it is not much possible. No fridge in the room. The spare key for the room was missing. I accidentally locked my self out to turn on the hair dryer and was about miss my meeting.

it is a hostel, not a hotel, so, it feels like a boarding house. The doors are loud. It would help to have a sign on the door and especially the floor the rooms / reception are on.
