The best

Ok for a night's sleep. Very basic room, but the beds were good and the staff friendly and helpful. Extra points for the possibility to store luggage a few hours. Close to the subway and Sants train station.

The AC was not good so the room was too hot.

Staff was super kind and the location were great, and even at night it was calm street and safe.

You need to be careful about bathroom door, we almost got locked in .

“No frills old school hotel imported by Time Machine from the past”

Location is conveniently close to Plaza Espanya with access to buses to tge airport as well as the metro network.

To be improved

It’s OK but would benefit from some basic maintenance and a better clean. There is a lot of aspergillus (black mould) in the bathroom so if you are allergic to aspergillus or have reduced immunity if may not be your best option. The hot water system works but is very sensitive to other rooms using water to showing is a dance between too cold and too hot in quick successions, perfect for a fast wake-up if that is what you need…
