“A little deception, it definitely needs more love and time”

The small apartment and the whole building can be cozy and i actually think it has potential if it gets a little more love by the landlord. Great location.

To be improved

The whole building had a weird smell, we even had to buy a air freshener for that, since it was unbearable in the studio. The cleaning is not so good. We founds two cockroaches. And the kitchen utensils like the frying pan looks like it is 18 years old. The little fridge is practical, however during the night it makes some noises that if someone is easily awaken, its a bad thing. The isolation was also not so good, i think its something they also need to improve. We could hear some making love sounds as if we were on the scene 😂 (nothing against making love tho). I truly believe if the apartment gets some more love and attention it can become a cute and comfy space to be in.
