Very friendly staff. Shower was amazing, great pressure! Easy check in and check out process. Location close to major tourist cites.

Excellent location, right next to Plaza Mayor and a short walk from the Royal Palace. Was good value for money.

To be improved

The room had no view and the bathroom was a bit cramped. It would've been nice to have a small fridge given the hot weather.
