“Great option for anyone staying in Madrid!”
The best

I loved the location and how easy it was to access to the all the main touristic places in Madrid. Though quite old, it is a good experience to be close to a local style. The Hostel was very well organized to have everything needed for your stay, no need for someone to open or close the door for you, just fully independent but yet, very secure so you do not have to worry about your safety. You have the main entrance, then an elevator, then the door to the hostel, then the door to your room. Very nice!

To be improved

It was quite hot during the night as it is a completely closed room and small, we were there during May and the heat starts to feel, but we just turned on the air conditioner and that solved it. The bed is good, but perhaps not super comfortable, just acceptable. For the price, the service and the easy check in and check out, I fully recommend this hostel to anyone (group of two people as in my case) staying in Madrid!

“Pleasant stay at Madrid centro”
The best

Very well located. Walking distance to Plaza Santa Ana, Plaza de Canalejas, Puerta del Sol, Calle de Atocha. Very clean and quiet. It has a small fridge and blower.

To be improved

Not to much toiletries for two nights, TV cable stop functioning the second night.

When you have suitcases and are on the 4th floor you expect a reliable lift. Lift did not work more than it did. No one around to help
