The best

You charged me for a room I did not stay in as when I arrived at the property the lady staff who was assisting me was verry rude and I refused to pay to stay and you have still charged me I request a refund immediately

“Didn’t have breakfast - was it included? Very clean all through the property and good facilities. Free tea and coffee was a bonus but there were no teabags in the cupboard when I was there! Would visit again”
