“Cons: Location is 4 kilometers out of Portomarín. Not a good choice for anyone walking the Camino de Santiago”

“Rooms were clean and comfortable. Food was good, at an extra cost! · Cons: Location was the downfall. We were unable to walk around town, as we did in other towns on the camino, unless we hired a taxi as we were too far outside the city. They did pick us up in town where the camino finished in the city and bring us back in the morning to continue on. Overall it was an adequate place to stay.”

“Clean, good comfortable bed · Cons: Distance from town center, but there is a bus stop across the street”

“The view of the lake from the restaurant. · Cons: The host was grouchy. Did not feel hospitable at all.”

“Location across the river from Portomarin was peaceful with beautiful views. Nice break from the Camino craziness. Provided pick up and drop off from the Camino at no charge! · Cons: Older hotel needs an update. The bed was very hard, could feel the springs. Dinner was not available until 8:30pm and breakfast not until 7:30am. Room details said washing machine in room, it's downstairs on the side of the restaurant.”
