The hostal was in a different location as to what was on booking.com I also got locked out of my accomodation when I went to have breakfast in the morning. I had to wait until the hostel opened which was 9/9.30am

Water pressure in the shower was terrible. Old facility, felt grimy. Last day the lights went out in our room and we could not turn them back on. Loud kids in the corridors.

Everything: we were given a room without a window, very very small, this room we guessed previously was maybe a housekeeping office, because on the door was not written the room number but only " privado". Without the air condition it was not possible to stay inside since there are no windows at all! Sheets were a bit wet and the room was not clean properly, the entire hostel was not clean at all! Bed was super uncomfortable. We would appreciate a refund. We have a video if you need it.
