To be improved

The humanless approach isn’t something I appreciate. The room wasn’t very clean (corners and under the beds). The bed linen and some towels didn’t look like they had been changed with clean ones. It looked like someone had slept in the beds and the covers had just been pulled up. The towels are dark colored and had some white-ish stains on them.
