The best

I had a truly great experience at the hotel and want to sincerely thank the entire team. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly kind, helpful, always smiling, and attentive to every request. They helped me with my luggage upon arrival, and even during check-out at 5 AM, someone was present at the reception and kindly offered me something for breakfast to take on the road. Housekeeping was also top-notch — fast, efficient, and spotless. The location is another big plus: right on the main boulevard of Paguera, super convenient and strategic. Honestly, it was a very pleasant stay — thank you to all the team at Neptuno!

The best

Friendly, clean, close to the beach, so safe, in lovely resort. Breakfast was wonderful - perfect selection and always plenty of clean tables outside - and staff so helpful. Breakfast manager was always helpful and smiling too 😍😂 I’ll be back with my boyfriend in tow because it was a great place! 😎😘🫶 …oh and finally a hotel in Mallorca with some espresso cups at the breakfast bar and also tea cups ❤️ I love you for that because everywhere else - even in the bigger hotel only had those huge cappuccino cups! Five stars for this hotel just for these options - you understand things so well ❤️❤️❤️😂 oh and also, close to the bus stop so easy to get to Palma and the airport too.

To be improved

Nothing. It was perfect for what I needed. Some people might struggle with no lift etc …but for me, no issues!
