Location was ok

To be improved

Staff very reluctant to offer service (blankets, very cold in the room). Pillows very hard, very uncomfortable. Door to bathroom could only be moved with force and noise due to friction between the door and the floor. Same with door to the room. Taking a shower results in water flooding the floor.
