“Decent, good for 1/2 nights.”
The best

The bed was comfortable, lift available making transporting luggage easy and the toilet was pretty accessible.

To be improved

Staff was never really present at reception , luckily we didn’t have issues anyway and the room when entering had an unpleasant smell and no windows to let out the smell or odour. Finding the entrance of the hotel in the building won’t be easy to find for all.

Was so so bad so dirty I also destroy my cashmere polo at the reception desk see picture below the lady in the reception didn’t apologise she only said I will Inform them to fixed the desk but she didn’t care I destroyed a Cashmere polo of 250£ value. The room was not clean at all the bathroom disaster I am still have take alergi on my skin this need to be close and remove from booking asap is a big problem of infection.

the location is central and many restaurants are nearby.

To be improved

The high price (without any reason) does not match the small room with an unstable hot water shower. The check-in process was hectic and depended on the internet, so it is not suitable for a foreigner without a SIM card with an active internet connection. There is no clear sign at the main door. The room lacks basic amenities, given the price is much higher.
