The best

I had an amazing stay at this hostel — truly the best I’ve ever experienced! Everything was absolutely perfect. The room was super clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were especially cozy, and the whole place felt very well maintained. The location is unbeatable — just a short walk to Gran Vía, right in the heart of Madrid. It’s also really close to a metro station, which made getting around the city super easy. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions nearby. The area felt very safe, even at night, which gave me peace of mind during my stay. I highly recommend this hostel to anyone visiting Madrid — I’ll definitely be coming back!

If you want to explore Madrid and enjoy all the main downtown sights, this is the perfect place to stay. The Hostel New Dream is located on San Bernardo 55, just a short walk from the Noviciado metro station. The hostel is very nice and is on the third floor on the left. There's an elevator and a 24-hour reception desk. When you check in during the day, you'll meet two fantastic ladies, Raluca and Georgina. They are very professional and kind, and they make sure you have a great stay. They care a lot about their guests and always want you to feel comfortable, like you're at home. I really like the quality of the staff and how the hostel runs. Great job! Thank you so much!

“My five days & four nights are cool”

Hotel staff are accommodating. The location is at the center, accessible to all forms of transportation.

To be improved

Difficulties in reaching out the reception upon arrival. Intercom at fourth floor is not working. There are times we need to call the reception.
