Clean, comfortable, modern, great shower, convenient for catching the ferry. The accommodation is situation adjacent to an industrial area, which from the address I expected, however I found this easy to park and didn't impact the stay.

To be improved

No form of contact when things go wrong or you have a query. Air con was broken, no instructions on where to leave the key when leaving, this could be added to note inside the room.

Not much. The location was close to the airport

To be improved

I didn't like that there were no staff. Hairdryer wasn't working, and I found out when I got out of the shower. Light was too bright with no way to dim them down. No facilities. No kettle. The cafe attached to the hotel was closed and in the morning, so there no breakfast. Rooms were not soundproof as we could hear people shagging. Shower small and claustrophobic. No lift, just stairs. Everything was automated. Hotel owner didn't answer me when I sent a message about where to leave the card key. I ended up just leaving it in the room itself. They basically just ignored me
