I had a great stay, the accomodation is very clean and the room was so lovely

To be improved

You need to leave your key in a key box every time you leave the hotel, I didn't mind this at all but I just was not aware of it.

It was in a very nice shopping plaza and close to a train station

To be improved

You had to drop off a key each time you left. You also had to wait for someone to let you in each time you came back to the hotel. There’s no easy come and go access. Do not stay here if you like having independence. I was also given attitude when I asked for towels which they failed to replace after cleaning. Beds are hard and the air quality is stuffy in the morning, I felt sick. You cannot have any visitors, they will charge you for a whole extra room even just for the day. My visitor was only here for the day and they refused to let them in even though they were not staying the night.

The location was right it the middle of the city making it very convenient. The accommodation was also very clean and had stunning architecture. The 2 ladies at reception was also very friendly and supportive to non Spanish speakers.

To be improved

It was initially difficult to get access to the accommodation because it was located in a large building but staff were very helpful with guidance.
