Our room was on the first floor (second floor for Americans) and overlooked the street. It was a great view and was surprisingly quiet, even on a Saturday night. The beds were comfortable and the hot water was plentiful.

Stayed here the end of May 2025. Very Good location. Friendly staff. It has everything needed for our stay. We would come back next time we visit Madrid.

When we made the reservation thru Booking.com the price was reasonable that is why we chose the accommodation but when we arrived at the hotel, we were charged nearly 3 times! It was shocking and we were disappointed. We didn’t have any choice but pay. For that price, it could have been better if the services was good and at least breakfast was included. One lesson for us to learn when booking.

It is very well located, quiet and clean! The staff was very nice and helpful. I felt secure and autonomous.

The best

Everything. The location is perfect. The room is spacious and you have all you need and they clean it daily. The staff are welcoming and a special shout-out to Mila who welcomed us on our first day and pointed out the must-see attractions in Madrid.
