“Horrible experience, we had to find another accomodation”

We booked for one night but upon arrival the key box was empty. We send messages to the owner via the Booking platform multiple times but no response. Then we called the two emergency numbers of the accomodation. One did not work and the other was not answered. We tried 5 times more but no response. Then we called the Booking helpdesk and they tried to contact the accomodation as well but no response. In the end we had to find another accomodation and lost our night in Cordoba with this exercise. Meanwhile it was 38 degrees and really unpleasant. Since we left the owner did not bother to contact us, let alone apologize

The best

Beautiful, cozy, colonial, warm feeling. I felt like in a movie. Personal were very pleasant and helpful. I will come back. Highly recommended.
