“Our room was really nice and the aircon worked well. We enjoyed our stay at Hostal Palacio Madrid. Good location in the middle of everything. Special thank you for the instructios we received, to catch the bus to the airport instead of metro which was really a better option.”

“Thanks for the nice stay, nice hotel”
The best

nice large bedroom: cleaned well.I loved the water dispenser on the corridor, friendly receptionist waited for me that arrived late, very central hotel and it wasn't noisy at all, even if it was on a main street.

To be improved

No kettle in the room, little lights on the bed didn't work, u had always to turn on the big light, that at night bothers your eyes :)
