“Location. · Cons: First of all, none of the staff speak any English. Communication is done with hands and with the help of google translator. We had to fill out the application form ourselves, which was in Spanish. External and internal noise became more frequent. The voices from the street are somewhat acceptable, but the sounds from the other rooms and especially the reception are unbearable. The cleaners are too loud, the hostel doors make a terrible sound when entering and leaving. The air conditioner is too loud, but cools, and so is the refrigerator, it's noisy but it works. There is no wardrobe, there are two tables and chairs. The blanket we received is greasy and usable only for the winter months. Regarding the bathroom, the rating is 1. The bathroom door closes slidingly, although it does not slide, there is a gap on the side and it is simply not closed properly. When you are in the toilet, it feels as if the door doesn't even exist. The shower hose is punctured.”

“Good location, great staff and great room!”

The best

Close to the Gran Via and easy access to the metro system. The room was big, with a nice bathroom and air conditioning.

To be improved

The people around the location at night didn't give a nice vibe. I felt unsafe though nothing happened at all. It was just a feeling I guess.
