Once I managed to actually get INTO the hotel, the room and bathroom were clean, the aircon worked well (which was very welcome in the hot weather!) and the location of the hotel was great.

To be improved

I am disabled and walk very slowly with a stick - and I struggle badly with stairs. I had booked this hotel because the Booking.com page stated that the building has a lift. It does - however, the lift is only accessible after climbing 10 steps! That's not accessible for a disabled person! This meant that every time I went to my room or left the hotel, I had to very slowly negotiate those 10 steps, which became increasingly difficult and painful for me. In addition, the bed was not very comfortable so I didn't sleep well.
