I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the absolutely terrible experience I had during my recent stay at the property. Frankly, I am appalled by the state of the room, the lack of basic amenities, and the overall poor service I encountered. I am beyond frustrated with the state of this accommodation. It is clear that little to no attention has been given to maintaining even basic standards of cleanliness and comfort. This stay was a huge disappointment, and I feel completely let down by your establishment. 1. Unacceptable Cleanliness: The room was filthy. There were signs of pigeon droppings in multiple areas, which is not only disgusting but completely unacceptable for any accommodation. It’s shocking that such a state was deemed acceptable for a guest to stay in. 2. Blocked Toilet: The bathroom was equally appalling. The toilet was completely blocked and couldn’t be flushed, which is a fundamental issue that should have been dealt with well before our arrival. This is a serious hygiene problem. 3. Lack of Hot Water: There was barely any hot water, making it impossible for both of us to even have a proper shower. This is basic and should never be an issue in any accommodation. 4. Confusing and Inconvenient Check-in: The check-in process was beyond confusing. We were told to check in at what appeared to be a supermarket or restaurant—honestly, we have no idea what it even was. There were zero instructions provided on how to access the room, and this lack of clarity was frustrating from the start. 5. Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning: The Wi-Fi was available, but no one bothered to provide us with the password. I had to go downstairs multiple times just to get the air conditioning remote because the room was unbearably cold. Not only was the room freezing, but the window didn’t close properly, making the situation worse. 6. Dirty Fridge: The fridge in the room was filthy and smelled terrible.

the room , not what we booked but the room we booked stank of cigarettes. very thin walls , very tired fittings , very uncomfortable memory foam mattress ( I do struggle with memory foam but this was bad)

Not great soundproofing, so if some guests are noisy, you are in trouble. Luckily it was quiet while I stayed.
