“It Is very well located. Just next to Plaza España and all main touristic places. Just what we needed for one night. The Room was conformable and clean! Se had to do Self check-in and the process was very well explained through a message they sent.”

“Would recommend but could be better”

Location: in the centre of the city perfect Staff: very friendly. Room: Clean and comfortable. Bed a little hard for me, but my husband thought it was perfect

Location: Between 2 and 4 every night, the street cleaners and bin men woke me up Staff: Very slow to reply to questions and messages text to ask name of local parking got a reply look on google. A good hotel knows the parking around. text to request an early check in got an answer 10 mins before the original check-in time. Room: Floating shelves hanging off the wall. Complimentary toiletries and coffee lacking for a 4 night stay.

“Great value for money”

The room was spotless and comfortable. It was great for our short stay

To be improved

Being a hostel, it’s not going to be the most glamorous. But besides the entry being on a busy street, the room was very clean and quite modern for what you pay for.

“(+) Great location, really central, yet quite even though the room was facing the street · Cons: (-) The WiFi was slow, and our room was exactly next to the main entrance door, meaning that we could hear all of the guests coming and leaving at all times The swan formed towels might be a nice touch for some people, but I personally find it unnecessary and unhygienic”

“Location is perfect. You can walk to all the main areas of the city from here. Great place to base your stay in the city. The room is basic, but has everything you need. Clean, nice bathroom with shower, Aircon, safe, fridge. · Cons: Bed was very hard.”

“Perfect hidden gem”

Stayed with my daughter to go to a music concert , the location was perfect , the room was very clean with a mini fridge , iron and ironing board , shower gel etc
