We are older and my wife has limited mobility! If we had known there were so many stairs we would have chosen another property! Maybe for most of your customers it is not a problem! But it made our trip very limiting. There needs to be some rooms for those with accessibility issues! Or your site needs to warn clients about the number of stairs!

The hotel does not have registration services. You need to go to an other hotel to do your check-in then go back to your hotel. There is no elevator, you need to climb 3 levels with your luggages to reach the hotel. The hotel is on top of a restaurant, it was very noisy until very late in nigth.

It should be unlawful even illegal to sell a room for the night opposite a club that starts at 5pm and finishes at 3am ,when it then begins a loud,noisy clean up ,followed by street cleaners. It was impossible to sleep during the night since the noise was so loud and single glazing doesn't help. The hot water takes forever to come through. There are no international al channels for foreign visitors,not that it would have mattered since you couldn't have heard anything above the outrageous noise coming from the club,bar opposite.
