“The hostel is authentic, public areas are very beautiful with antique furniture. The room was clean, there were towels and sheets. There is a hair dryer and an iron, they are shared and must be taken from reception. The location of the hostel is excellent. The stuff was very nice and we were allowed early check-in. · Cons: We booked a room with a private bathroom. When we checked in, it turned out that our room had one double bed. We asked to change the room to have two separate beds, but we were told that all bedrooms with a private bathroom only have double beds, although they have photos of bedrooms with two beds and a bathroom. Later it turned out there are such rooms, but they need to be booked in advance. The bathroom in the room has no door and when lying on the bed you can see the toilet. But the worst thing is that there were a lot of ants in the room. And apparently the staff knew about it, because there were traps. It was very noisy at night, as you can hear a lot from the street and from the common corridor, where someone was constantly slamming doors.”

“Impeccably clean and perfectly located”

Impeccably clean! Comfy pillow and stunning building overall. Perfectly located. And very kind staff! Would definitely stay again! My room was also much less noisy than expected based on other reviews.

To be improved

Everything was either as expected or better. The single room is small but very decent and I did not need anything more from it.
