The showers have black mold around the edges. I wish there was a mini fridge in the room as well. I wish the beds were more comfortable because it was a bit hard and made a lot of noise every time I moved.

“I was spending a night with my brother and father before our flight home. We arrived at Hostal Lisboa for the check-in, and Pilar was incredible. First, she was very polite and patient during the check-in process, and when she realised that my father had a walking stick, she suggested that we spend the night at Hostal Lisboa instead, because it had a lift. She really made our day and our stay was great! That is incredible attention to detail and amazing customer service. The service was great and the Hostal was perfect. We will definitely be back. Thank you. Ursula”

“Good location but basic”
The best

The location is very central and the rooms are comfortable. There is a double window that you can close at night to reduce the sound from outside. The air conditioning worked well. Check-in went smoothly, you can leave your bags in a locker at the other hotel where the check-in is done.

To be improved

The room was very basic. There was no fridge in the room to keep some cold water, no hairdryer, no mat in the bathroom and we could hear when other guests entered the hostal.
