“Convenient location and a clean comfortable room”
The best

Clean, comfortable room with fridge and coffee making facilities. Clean bathroom. Entry is by keypad code so we didn't meet any staff. Great location for visiting the old town of Alicante.

To be improved

Nothing really. Once you get used to the in-person, keypad entry, it's fine.

The property was spotless, location fantastic & staff lovely, the shower was the best shower I’ve ever used 😂, this was our second visit this year and we will definitely be back some time soon!

“Really lovely hotel with some slight issues”
The best

Very comfortable beds. Excellent powe shower. Very clean. Power & light sockets next to each bed a bonus. Location was great, a few minutes walk to the centre and plenty of restaurants & bars on the doorstep. Andrea was lovely & very helpful & tea & coffee was supplied. Gaining access to hotel & room was easy & well explained.

To be improved

Although location was great, it was extremely noisy until 2 or 3am due to bars closeby & people shouting outside the window, needs double glazing. We didn't see a cleaner at all, even asking the corridors & we stayed for 3 nights, we would expect to at least have towels changed during this time. How to get towels was not communicated with us. The pool was a bonus & was lovely, however it was very small & crowded and needed a bigger seating area.
