To be improved

Room faces a loud bar that closes at 3:30am, and even with windows closed it’s like trying to sleep in the middle of your local pub. Bed is comfortable, but there’s no fan or anything to help with the heat. Sleeping is a real challenge in this place

Hot and loud room. The room was very hot. A restaurant was right outside thr and beneath our room with patrons eating and loud very late- past midnight. No parking.

We were unable to even get into the property. We went every hour for hours on end ringing the bell. We had someone call the number and no answer. We got into the building when someone was leaving but no one was at the actual hostel.

To be improved

We were unable to access and had no communication from the owner. Ended up having to get another hotel for the night.

I needed to call hostal do help me do check-in of 9 persons as the platform to check-in is not working properly. It's a bar under hostal that makes a lot of noise during the night. Some problems with hot water. Also the heating was off so the house was a bit cold.”
