“We had a pleasant stay. The hostal was easy to find and parking opposite the hostal was good. Our room was simple but clean and comfy for an overnight stay. The staff were friendly and bar which is part of the hostal was nice. The location is in a nice quiet rural village close to Burgos, there is a bus stop right next to the hostal to get into Burgos if needed. All in all a nice friendly hostal with all one needs for a short stay. Breakfast was fine and they do an evening meal with wine for 14.50 euros which was good and plentiful. · Cons: Nothing to dislike”

“Three course evening meal with bread, a bottle of house red, and a bottle of water for 14 euros. The meal was basic/rustic, but cooked well. My room was basic but clean and tidy. Croissant breakfast with coffee and juice or toast and a spread. 7am - 9am. · Cons: On street parking. I booked a single room which was in the eaves of the establishment, and would not be suitable for anyone who has any difficulty climbing stairs especially the spiral type. Anyone over 6 feet tall would be knocking their heads on the ceiling in the bathroom, and anyone with a waist greater than 40 inches would have difficulty accessing the shower. The above didn't bother me,but it could be a problem for others. The question is, would I stay there again? The answer is yes.. Ideal overnight for the ferry at Bilbao or Santander.”
