“I really like the family environment of the place, it was very cozy, and the gentleman who owned the place together with his wife was very friendly and did speak a bit English which also very nice. The cleaning staff where also friendly, especially Mohamed. The break feast was also great. · Cons: My initial reception at the Hostal was very awkward, to put it mildly. My taxi driver dropped me at the wrong side of the Hostal, though there was a door there, which was open, and had the Hostal name on it, so I thought it was the main entrance. Once I went in I met the lady that owns the Hostal with her husband. She came up to me and started just rambling things in Spanish, the little I could understand was that she said that I had entered the wrong door , and that she did not think that I had a booking there. She then questioned that I had a booking there, even though I showed her my booking. I tried to communicate with little Spanish I know, though she did not know one word of English, and no effort was made from her side. I was then allowed to leave my luggage there and when I came back her husband was there, and the check in was smooth. I would have wanted to rank this hotel higher, but receiving a guest as a potential criminal is just not acceptable. Also, if one is not alllowed to enter that door, you may want to lock it, and take away the name of the hotel on the door. It's actually also not possible to drive up to the main door by taxi, so you could be a bit more understanding when taxis drive up to the wrong door.”

The hotel really is walking distance from the Cunit Station! Very attentive proprietor. We appreciated the well stocked bar and hearty board. Good WiFi. Hot shower. Comfortable bedding 👍🏿👍🏿
