“Very nice location, breakfast is just a toast, coffee , juice and cake, but it was very good · Cons: They dont have an elevator, only stairs. Difficult to reach by car due to work on the streets.”

Rude exploitative staff who seem to enjoy treating guests with contempt. Poor data security. Endless spam emails. Awful breakfast.

“Excellent location and good value for money for some of the rooms.”

The best

Excellent location right by the walls. Old building and some of the rooms have charm, but some are very small. I know this because they accidentally gave me a much smaller room at first, by mistake. The correct room was great, with views of the wall, big french doors, and extra furniture. The prize was not that different, so I would advise people to get a better room at this hostal, if you can.

To be improved

There was some confusion at the front desk when they issued me the wrong room at first (much smaller) and then charged me again for it. It was all sorted in the end, though mainly because I insisted on having the right room. So, it is probably worth checking your booking details when checking-in.
