This is an unexpected gem. Very friendly and helpful staff, accommodation in a mini-bungalow. It’s geared towards workers and travelers, which makes it all very practical and efficient. A great stop-over during our bicycle vacation.

good value. comfortable and mostly quiet ( there were only a few trains). simple food but good prices.

As there was a water supply problem during the days due to local mains work, our stay was slightly blighted though a good supper was supplied. Unprepossessing from the outside and with a mostly empty industrial site opposite the rear of the restaurant was a pleasant surprise with a nice little swimming pool and relaxing area.
