The room we stayed in was clean. The window was big and spacious, there were cameras in the hallway and it was safe.

To be improved

He tried to make an extra bed mandatory for our 4-year-old child and demanded 25 Euros per night. Even though we explained that we didn't want an extra bed and would stay in the existing bed, he initially refused. He was very insistent, stating that the hotel rules were as stated on the website. However, the website states that this is optional. When we forwarded these messages to booking.com and explained that we wanted to cancel the reservation and request a full refund, he agreed to let us stay in the existing bed. Even though we had already paid through booking.com, he demanded the same amount from us. When we told him that we had paid, he said there had been a misunderstanding. The hotel is in a nice and clean location, and the facilities are sufficient, but the reception staff did not trust us. Despite claiming high-speed internet, the WiFi in the room was not of sufficient quality, and we experienced frequent internet disconnections.

“Great central location and clean rooms. We were able to check in early with no problems. Next door to a supermarket and to lovely local cafes. The air-conditioning was great and kept us cool in the hot weather. The windows are sound proof, so no street noise. · Cons: The shower was very small, which wasn't a problem for us but it might be for people who like more space. A bit noisy as we had a room just next to the reception and we could hear people coming and going. Earplugs were very helpful!”
