The best

Exactly in the central and near to buses to airport. We can do all things cause in the night the city is alive. Comfortable bed and good TV.

To be improved

I missed a closet to put my clothes and a small fridge to put WATER AND JUICES. The city is extremely hot in the summer and it really necessary. In the morning we can listen some noises of the another rooms.

“Good Location to Rest”
The best

Location is practically in Puerta del Sol. Great view outside the window. It's a studio and is spacious. There are lots of outlets. Check-in was a breeze. Code entry, instead of keys, is very convenient.

To be improved

The AC has a hard time cooling the room because of its position. A small refrigerator would have been nice.

Great location although at night it's really loud and crowded until 4-5 am. Earplugs were definitely helpful.

To be improved

There was nothing in the room other than beds and TV. No storage, no chairs, no iron, no water or fridge. Also, the fact that the light in the hallway would always automatically turn on based on motion was extremely disturbing because it meant if one person needs to go to the bathroom at night the light will always turn on and wake the other person up. Removing the room entry key card from the light switch was not an option because that would shut off all outlets which we used to charge our phones overnight (the outlets were pretty slow too so it took the whole night to charge at least 70%).
