“Good location. Good air conditioning. Basic room worked for one night. · Cons: Very noisy in the room along the hallway. Room not able to be locked from the inside. Shower water was not heating up in the morning- not ideal when needing to leave for an early flight.”

“Staff, location. · Cons: Room 118 had no window. It had, but it was on in inside of building and hot air was income. Also, the wall from this side was hot and the room was totally bad. Also, my neighbour room was the same. I don't know about other facilities.”

Excellent central location; complimentary tea in communal area (with an amazing selection of teabags including herbal infusions).

To be improved

Air con is very weak and despite being adjusted to the lowest temp possible (16C) it still couldn’t cool down even a tiny room, which remained warm and sticky the whole time.
