“Great little hostel”
The best

Quiet neighbourhood but easy reach of old town. Good sized interior room. Easy access. Key drop inside entrance when you leave. Breakfast option in bar below which opens early

Shared bathroom was clean, room equipped with extra blankets and communication with the manager was great

The cleaning lady woke us up before the check out time just because she “couldn’t hear any noise and thought the room was empty” then she rushed us out of the room at the check out time ( my wife and I were 2-3 min behind) Shame

A clean and tidy hostal, providing exactly what you pay for. Good location, plenty of parking

To be improved

As usual with these sort of buildings, sound-proofing almost non-existent so you can hear all the other guests. The owner does make it clear to visitors to respect other guests when it comes to noise and while I was there, they did.

Blood on the pillows, dirty towels, no staff around to ask to change. When I arrived at 10.15, the hostel owner went on a tirade about how unacceptable it was to turn up early (14.00 check-in), even though I just wanted to leave my luggage and not get into my room. She was incredibly rude, unhelpful and potentially the worst hostel owner I've ever met. The reception space isn't a reception, it's a room full of rubbish. It was such incredibly bad service, cleanliness and attitude from the hostel owner it was almost funny. Almost.
