“Very nice stay in Saldes”
The best

Very nice and cosy house and rooms in Saldes. The building is charming and they serve a tasty local food dinner if you wish to eat there. It is really a very authentic and comfortable hostal rural in the Catalonian mountains.

To be improved

If you know that noise from the corridor or neighbours may bother you, make sure to have earplugs with you so it doesn't upset you and you can fully enjoy staying in this nice place.

Views are amazing, deliciously good dinner, cozy, owner (or personnel) were pretty welcoming, it was warm inside during the winter

To be improved

“Duty free” style breakfast wasn’t really good for the price, for me at least. It feels that average coffee with a toast would work so much better

The only advantage of the guesthouse is its proximity to the mountains and the view from the window. it is nice

If you don't speak Spanish, it will be very, very difficult!!! . The three-person room is small, with no place to put the bags! The only furniture besides the beds is a small closet and ONE tiny nightstand!!! There’s just one small night lamp in the entire room. The ceiling lighting is simply terrible! There’s no sound insulation between the rooms: you can hear every word! The space is arranged uncomfortably—there’s no consideration for coziness or comfort at all; everything is just placed formally... Each corner tells you that there hasn’t been a thorough cleaning here in a long time. The prices absolutely do not match the offering!!! Communication with the staff is only possible in Spanish; they can't communicate in English even at a basic level!!
