“Great option for El Rocio”

The best

We booked a single room and a double room. They upgraded our double room to a slightly better one so that we could be next to each other. The double room had a terrace that was so nice to sit in at night. The place is very clean, they provide towels and toiletries, and there is complimentary water, drinks and sweets. The staff was very nice.

To be improved

The fridge in one of the rooms did not work, so we couldn't keep cold drinks there (we visited in middle of July, so it was HOT). The TVs had netflix, prime etc, but you had to sign into your personal account, no hotel account or anything. Also it was hard to make the TV work for some reason, like you would put one a video in youtube and it will halfway through jump to something else. Not a big problem as we did not spend much time in the hotel, but something to take into consideration. There is no elevator, so if you travel with people with reduced mobility, ask to be put on the first floor. Also I think they should probably make that clear in their webpage.
