“Overall, the experience left a lot to be desired, and I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.”

When we first entered the room, we found hair on the linen. Another inconvenience was the key situation, guests are only given key for the room, not the main apartment door. This meant we had to ring the bell and wait for someone to let us in every time we returned, which quickly became frustrating. The room itself is very small. There is only one power outlet, which made it difficult to charge two phones at the same time. Additionally, the temperature couldn't be adjusted individually, as it's controlled centrally, so we weren’t able to make the room more comfortable.
