The host/reception was fantastic. She was kind and supplied excellent advice and signposting to locations. She was friendly and there above and beyond their hours. Thank you

To be improved

No option for clean towels, bed change or floor mop, despite the door hanger requesting the service. It's a sandy environment and felt grimy after day one. Facilities to do it yourself would have been brilliant.

“Great location and great staff”
The best

The location is great, just a few minutes walk to the centre. Azul was brilliant and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy. She is usually around so is on hand a lot to ask any questions. The hostel is very modern and very clean.

To be improved

The noise levels are bad from the doors slamming - this didn't bother my friend but did bother me.
