It was reasonably clean.

They weren't expecting us, they seemed to tippex out two other guests to accommodate us. The rooms are NOTHING like the pictures, very run down and everything broken. No hot water when we arrived at17.00, although it was warm in the morning. No hangers in the wardrobe. Three beds in the room were like camp beds pushed in. Location was on a garage forecourt.Rooms were cold, heating seemed intermittent , only a sheet and thin counterpane on the bed. Breakfast was ok once we proved we had paid for it.

Good place to stop in a long journey by car. Easy to park. Not expensive. Nice dinner withgood service. Nice art in the room.
