“Very happy. The manager arrived to let us in etc when they realised that I couldn't speak Spanish”

Everything except "what I didn't like"

To be improved

The entrance proceedure for obtaining the door code & room key lock box code were very difficult for a non Spanish speaker. Why doesn't the reception send both codes to the client guest by email or text message as most other similar properties do..
