“great location. helpful.kind staff. great view. the room had a kettle and some tea provided and a small fridge too. Check in at 13:00 which is also very convenient. and San Sebastián is great. · Cons: the wall paper looked like it'll come off any minute. the bathroom sliding door didn't have a handle. the towel hanger was coming off the wall as well. the walls were thin and you could hear other guests. for what we payed for that 1 night (130 euros) it was a bit too "run down". also I received multiple (automatic?) messages asking me to inform them about when we will arrive which I did 4 times. a bit unnecessary.”

Clean, very kind and helpful staff, good location for sight seeing

To be improved

Very noisy for sleeping, no air conditioning so have to keep window open. Church bells ring constantly and loud noise from revellers. No hair conditioner, very small cups for tea.

The location is great and the staff are really helpful and kind.

To be improved

The pillows on top of the bed smelled funny, like their cover hadn't been changed in a long time. Also, the wall next to the WC was dirty. Apart form that, everything was perfect.
