The pictures were showing absolutely different inside on booking than how it looked in person. The room was very tiny with no air conditioning only a small ceiling fan that just spread the hot air around the room. The bathroom was absolutely a joke! Very small. The beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows were awful. There were no staff to come clean the room during our stay. The building was half abandoned and looked like it was going to collapse from the outside. Next to it there was a sewage treatment plant and the smell was horrid. Another awful thing was the balcony, it was collapsing if two people were on it at the same time.

The place absolutely stank of cigarettes. Really really strong and the bed and pillowcase reeked as well. This can make any clean room automatically seem dirty. The bed had crumbs and hair in it. The bathroom was reasonably clean but had hair around the sides of the bathtub and the bin and not been emptied. The place was pretty noisy with road works going on which also started again very early in the morning, I do understand that this isn’t the fault of the hostel but still quite annoying.

Everything was just fine.
