The location was great. Safe neighborhood, close to the Prado, Sol Plaza, and lots of restaurants. A/C was just right; not too cold and not too loud. The bed was firm and the room was not fancy, but it functioned right. Self serve coffee/ tea; microwave, Frig with milk for coffee, and breakfast cereal, yogurt, toast & jam.

To be improved

My only suggestion (complaint),was another towel hook in the bathroom. Not a big deal.
