The staff were incredible. Very friendly and accommodating.

To be improved

The doors to the balcony don't fully close making the room very loud from street noise all night long. Ear plugs weren't enough to block the nouse. The towels were scratchy and the shower head is long past needing replacement.

The location is perfect. We felt warmly welcomed by the kind & helpful happy owner. Spotless clean hostal with comfortable beds. Fantastic choice for short visits in the city. Will return on our next visit in the city. Highly recommended!

We just got back from our trip. The stay was amazing. It gives you what it’s showed on the website, essential but complete. Such a nice and accommodating owner. I really recommend this place!!!

The best

The hostal is located near a market, restaurants and transportation access. 20 minutes walking distance from Puerta del Sol. Cecilia, who is in charge of the check-in and cleaning, was very friendly and helpful. One day I didn't noticed I dropped my credit card on the floor and left the room to go sightseeing, they found it when they cleaned the room and messaged me immediately to let me know that they found the card. I would stay in this hostal again when I visit Madrid next time.
