The elavator noise is constantly hearable in the single room and there is another annoying noise as well; hard to sleep at night. The bed is not so comfy either.

Amazing location, room was clean, it was good enough for a quick trip, when knowing a new city you only need location and a good room.

To be improved

Elevator was kinda annoying, and a recurring problem in spain hotels is walls are so thin it lets all the sound outside the room go trough

“The location is amazing, the cleanliness was 10/10, staff were super friendly · Cons: my only concern was it's a bit noisy as the walls and door are not sound proof. Other than that it was a great stay!”

“Location close to shopping and city center and safe · Cons: We had high hopes for our stay, but unfortunately, it was quite stressful due to a power outage on an extremely hot night. This happened right around our kids’ bedtime, which made it even more challenging for us as a family traveling with two young children. During the outage, the power kept cutting in and out, and it was very frustrating trying to settle the kids. I spent a couple of hours late at night trying to contact the property manager and booking.com for help, and we even tried to relocate to another place nearby so the kids could sleep comfortably—but we couldn’t find anything suitable. The property manager only got back to us later the next morning, which didn’t help in the moment. We were told we would be refunded for the stay to compensate for the inconvenience and the slow response, but as of now, we still haven’t received the refund. We managed to get through the night, but overall, we were disappointed—mainly because of how stressful the situation was and the lack of timely support. No mini fridge or anything to put our drinks in But we could get ice from nearby burger kings and manage.”
