Reception guy was rude and not speaking English. At first he didn’t want to give us a second key and just after we filed a complaint over Booking, we got the second key.

My room was absolutely beautiful, it was super clean and I had a little balcony that was really nice. And this hotel is in the center of everything, it’s just a few blocks from Prado and the rest of the museums, it’s perfect!

To be improved

There is zero hospitality at this hotel, I barely even got a hello when I checked in. He explained how to use the keys, and that was it, and not in a super nice way. Just seemed like a guy off the street who was explaining it to me. Totally fine, but if you’re expecting hospitality, don’t! But I would stay at this hotel again, regardless of this because everything else was great.
